A multiple micronutrient enriched salt was used in the kitchen of residential school children for one year and the heights and weights of the children were measured before and after one year of use of the salt.
Heights and weights were also measured for the children who did not consume the enriched salt
The multiple micronutrient enriched salt was effective in improving multiple micronutrient
status and heights and weights in children who consumed the enriched salt.
